Modern Chemicals, not lack of willpower are the cause of overweight problem in our modern society. It is a vicious cycle that needs to be broken for once and for all.

The problem
We are told to simply eat less of the crappy, chemicalized food we were brought up on and exercise more. Meanwhile the body becomes depleted of nutrients and the yo-yoing goes on and on. Chronic fatigue and disease result from years of doing this. All these accumulated chemicals, dyes, food colorings and additives, are damaging to the liver, pancreas and lymphatic system.
Flavorings and preservatives and refined starches are addictive and it is a struggle to learn to like real foods. It won’t be easy street at first but food addictions can be broken if you learn how to do it the right way right.
Stop treating symptoms and start making sense
There are many expensive acai berry, super green drinks, goji drinks, herbs and powders and other health remedies on the market. Many of these are very high quality products but they do us no good if we have not cleansed and protected our systems first.
We are offered millions natural and unnatural remedies. We take diet pills, and pain medications to mask the symptoms. We grab for any kind of relief spending millions every year as a nation on “weight loss” and “natural health” because we are not getting the right information in the first place.
The giant elephant of unnatural-chemical-living is sitting in the middle of the living room and we keep ignoring it and looking elsewhere for answers.
Stop blaming yourself and get to the root cause of the misery
We blame ourselves for having not will power to stay on calorie restricted diets and just redouble our efforts the next time only to fail again and end up a little bit fatter and a little bit sicker after each diet.
The reason we can’t stop eating too much is because of addictions to chemicals and additives not because we are simply piggy.
Don’t white knuckle it through another calorie restriction diet ever again!
Why your body wants to stay fat
The body is using the fat to shunt the residue from unnatural substances like pesticides, rancid oil, hair dye, nail polish, fragrances, lotions, topical skin products including antiperspirants, away from vital organs.
When you cut calories or fast without cleansing and adding real nutrients you begin to lose weight quickly. On the latest fad diet the body goes into a state of shock because your blood is being flooded with chemicals that were safely stored in the fat.
The body’s instinct is to put that fat right back on and get those chemicals out of the important areas and back into the fat stores as quickly as possible.
So the answer to my question: Is dieting making you fat? Is a resounding yes!
Yes! Dieting is making you fat!
Rare individuals do “make it” with dieting…but at what cost to their organs and over all health?
Some people do keep weight off for a while on a Jenny Craig or Weightwatchers or traditional portion control diets but they do it by shear willpower while the body is begging for mercy!
I am not saying don’t do Jenny Craig or Weight Watchers or the South Beach Diet or whatever system you are using. But clean the liver and colon and get rid of the chemical additives while you are at it. Learn to introduce healthy whole foods instead of just counting the points on unnatural foods that are damaging your body.
